I purchesed GTS5233W Samsung mobile on Nov 2009, with in 7 months
touch sensor got failliure, when i went to samsung service center it was in Annanagar ( Hi-Tech Solution) one of the Authorised Samsung service center,There was so many peoples are complaining the same problem,also they are souting like a fish market. they are telling spare parts not available, Everybody telling they are delaying one month to two months because of spare parts non availability,
iam as of now four times went to the service center they always telling two day, two days, they given service center number to all coustomer 04426215353 it was not working, another one 04426225354 this number nobody pickuping , how can we approch those peoples, if they are keeping my handset for two month with them, what is the meanning for one year warrenty. how can they say as one year warrenty. this is the best experience of samsung's poor service. here after i will never bye any product of Samsung also not suggest to anybody.
