please about me sumsang service center in jaipur

SUMSUNG MOBILE-J150 — NOT PROVIDING ANY STATUS OF MOBILE AFTER 2 WEEKS, MOBILE WAS SENT FOR SERVICING.

Dear Sir/Madam

I Prakash Singh, a customer having mobile J-150 and which is under warranty period. Due to some problem in Key-pads, i had given my mobile in Wazirpur service center(On 19/05/09)SI NO.- RWSQ C21885V. Its passed 2-weeks but still there is no one is providing me any kind of status of my mobile.

so at last, this is mine last complaint towards Samsung because before this, i was complaint 5-6 times but no action had taken still now. One of my complaint no.is -[protected].

Now, i am informing you, that whenever i get time, i'll approach to Cosumer Court for not providing mobile to customer on no. of efficient days and also not providing status of my mobile.

I am totaly unsatisfied with your service.

i have a bought samsung sch f679 mobile phone last six months back, it does have the option of video recording but the present mobile of same model has video recording. what shall i do to get the video recording in my mobile phone...i[censored] want to suggest me will u please call me to [protected]
The particular SAMSUNG J150 is a defectife product where the keypad is concerned.One of my life's biggest mistake was to go for this model in March After 7 times repaired by the service centre under the warranty period he phone is now somewhat OK. You may please go for National Consumer Forum and file a case against Samsung what I had did. I promised never in my lifetime would opt for or advise someone to do so for SAMSUNG.

i ve sam sgh p310 mobile.i realy intrested to using tat mobile.but, sometimes it automatically switchoff & reseted also displays an message 'please wait'..until recently ter is an new problem occurs tat a line crossing wile in camera mode only.so pls kindly inform wats actual problem.(all servicer are reported different problem, so i confused)

Samsung / I 780 Mobile Phone — No response from Service Centre. Phone given for repair on 18th May

I had given the Phone when the phone stopped working. There was no signal on the phone, the keypad stopped working and the battery used to last only for 2 hours. Having spent 22000/- on the high end phone of Samsung this is least expected.

I was told that the phone would be ready in one week but now its almost one month now and there are no responses from the Service Centre based in Nehru Enclave. The one standard reply is that the phone has been sent for repair to senior service centre and the mother board needs to be replaced which is not available.

I also spoke to Nishanth who is supposedly the assistant manager service centre but only promises to call back with status which never happens.

I had similar problem with Blackberry 8800 but they had promptly replaced the handset. One of my sim numbers is forwarded to the other number and I have paid for the call forwarding for last one month but Samsung people dont seem to bother.

Not sure when I would get my phone in working order or a replacement. Please dont put your money on Samsung.

Samsung — Poor Service For Replacement of Mobile

Respected Sir,
I Fareed Ahmed from Lucknow want to inform you about Mismanagement and unecceesary delay for replacement of my mobile handset. Sir I bought a Samsung Beat F270 set on 17 November 2008. My handset was having a hanging problem for which it was deposited in to the Samsung service centre on 1st April.
But till now no no problem has been solved. Although more than 2 months have passed. The staff has informed me of replacement essential for solving the problem of the handset. But they are not responding to it. Neither they are providing any approval to the Samsung head Branch for its replacement. They have called me 3 times saying that your handset's problem has been solved, but each time i visit the service centre, the problem still remains unsolved.
When they already know that the handset can not be repaired and only can be replaced, why are they not replacing it when the warranty period is void and all other conditions are fulfilled. I am left with no other option to take the non replaced handset or to sit back and wait.
The Area Service Manger of Samsung in the Area is Mr Sunil Singh (contact No. [protected]). And the Manger of the branch of this service centre is Mr Asif (Contact No. [protected]).
The branch Address is B-104-1, Nirala Nagar, Lucknow, U.P. (Contact No.[protected].My Job Sheet Work Order Number is WA[protected].

Saturday 13jun I went "Nirala Nagar Samsung Service Center, Lucknow(Uttar Pradesh) to open phone lock.They react rudely and told me that charges are Rs 55 and submit your mobile take it back after two or three days.Because systems as well as engineers are not available.Think about it Sir, just to open a phone lock they need three days.They have no engineers.Then what kind of service Center is this.One more thing my mobile is in warranty period SCH-W339.
I am not satisfied with this service center and their employees.It is a very bad experience for compare Nokia and others.
So please take strict action as soon as possible.Sir, I have only
one mobile which is lock.I am not able to make or receive call.I am suffering lot.

Samsung Mobile — new hend set dead after two days

I purchased a new set c 170 and just after 9 days the set is not working properly and its fm also nothing is working in the set then i deiver in ur service centre and they tell u take after 10 days directly i also tell that i need urgent please do fast then he sais that take after 20 days ur set will go in company. Samsung Mobile — L-700 (If you are new owner pls be prepared to make yourself available at the service centre)

Dear Team,

Service centre - Metro Telecare, Andheri East, Mumbai
No of visits for this new mobile L 700 - 4. Purchased in Feb-09.

First in Apr -09 when the mobile got switched off rectified the same day evening, 2nd in May-09 - when the display had an issue and the mobile went back to the company and was returned post 4-5 days and 3rd on 13-Jun--09 when the issue for the sending of sms messages was notified to the service centre person. I had escalated this to your call center who then informed that the service centre personnel would be able to assist.

And finally on 19-Jun-09, I had the opportunity to give the mobile back to the service centre for an issue which was finally analysed as an issue.(as the personnel had earlier said that the issue was with the sim card)

What is sheer bad luck is the fact that I spoke to one Mr. Upendra for the number of issues that I had encountered for this faboulous phone of Samsung. I reiterated that the earlier low budget models did not have any issues and he had to do something to facilitate the fact that a new mobile that is not more than 4 months old has to make a visit to the service center for more than 4 times.

This time I have been told that this is a motherboard problem and would be rectified within a weeks time. I was also intimated that "SAMSUNG DOES NOT GIVE GUARANTEE BUT ONLY WARRANTY" for which I do not know how many times Mr. Upendra will feel that I would need to make visits to the service centre..

My conviction is that if the phone is faulty, the company should have the basic decency to replace the instrument and screw up the inspection unit for such a redundant piece supplied to a customer. I request the recepient of this email to understand the fact that a disgruntled customer will never assist you in reaching your so called quality - customer service initiatives.

I would term this as pathetic..and will never advice anybody to PURCHASE A SAMSUNG MOBILE. The service centre is not given the powers for refund and people like Mr Upendra can only ruin lives .

Hoping an early revert. Even today 24-Jun-09, the phone is passing its time at the service center.

Dear Sir,
I have bought Samsung E-251 Mobile in October 2008 . after Few months There came a problem regarding its display .Problem was like- its showing sumtimes white screen sumtimes restarted or hanged and then finally display light goes off permanently . I went to samsung service center in Sec-31 Gurgaon. they told after few days they will get new display, they dont have any rite now. then my phones display is changed after few days. Now again after few months same problem coming again . what should i do.. ? if they will change display then it will come again, Please provide me a permanent solution, because when problem comes few days i have to live without my mobile and again n again i have to go to service center for resolving the issue.even when i am quite busy in my office.

Please look into this issue . waiting for you positive response.
