I have bought a samsung phone gts5620 is working as well when we click the menu made with contacts I opened the phone stopped shining since I opened the code again to indicate when the Klikov 0000 did not just click *

The same issue is faced by me as well... the customer care just resets phone and says it should be fine but i need to restart the phone every-time the mic and speaker go down.

I am having samsung monte but its touch screen not working properly i.e. I can not open lock key from touch screen, not able to dial the number.Left side of touch not working in any case.When I press keys button phonebook or message button activated... depressed to early problems with the phone...
