My problem
I purchased a mobile samsung E250 in the month of dec.
It was running fine but after 2 month i felt some problem in my slide.
Then i went to Your service center . They repaired my set but slide problem is not resolved.
So i request to yoy to kindly replace my set with my satisfaction other wise i have to go to consumer court.
This is a very bad product quality.
I Want my set replaced.
A BAD SERVICE & A BAD PRODUCT.
Kindly Replace it .
Revert me on urgent basis or contact me.

Samsung Mobile Phone — Bad Qulity Product
Dear Sir,I purchased a samsung mobile phone to Hot Spot Showroom after one month his joy stick & Key pads are not working then I go to the showroom. They said me you go to samsung service center. when i go to samsung service center he checked my mobile and told me that your joy stick is broken and you have to paid the charges. Then i give him rs 500/- and after one day again my mobile get same problem and then
i again go to him and they told me again it is chageble and finally it have a same problem
I faced problem with the set, when I contacted the service Center and they told me that the warrenty
does not apply. Finally after I agree to pay, they changed the entire main PBA part number GH92-
02551, bill number 13442 dated 08/08/08. Again since last two months I am facing problem such
that NET WORK. This is what Samsung Mobiles are.
I as a global customer will not suggest anyone for Samsung in future as i am suffering after the advice from my Korian colleague.
