[Resolved]  Sandeepthi Gas Agency — Denied connection because I did not purchase HOT PLATE stove

Hello,
I have applied for a new connection for HP LPG on[protected] through Internet with Internet Registration No: 87173 and Dealer registration number: 5219

I got a postal card from Sandeepti Gas Agency, Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad during first week of April that my connection was accepted and I need to visit Sandeepti Gas Agency to take the connection.

I went to the Gas agency on 18-Apr-2009 and to my surprise, the person at the counter was writing bills for Rs 3000+ plus for every customer who applied for the new connection and said some Rs 2000+ was for the hot plate stove. If we need a connection without the hot plate stove we need to speak to the manager.
When I approached the manager (who resisted to disclose his name), he said there will be an enquiry after 2 days and gave a telephone number[protected] which he never answered inspite of repeated calls.

We we called on an alternate number[protected], he said the connection was canceled because my father is already their customer for many years and hence I was denied the connection.

This leads to many questions in my mind:

What is the process to apply for a connection when I live with my WIFE and CHILD in the penthouse in the house owned my Father? Should I hire a new house/ premises if I need a connection?

Why were Sandeepti Gas Agency ready to give the connection if I had purchased the HOT PLATE stove from them?

When Customers come for the connection, why was the bill prepared with HOT PLATE stove without the knowledge of the customer?

If my allegations are wrong, please make an enquiry and check how many connections are given by Sandeepti are without HOT PLATE stove

Its really unfortunate to know that a leading HP Gas agency is playing these cheap tricks and making money from unaware customers.

I request HP LPG to take necessary action if things are in their control

Sandeepthi gas agency Worst service. No body picks the phone. Else they pick and keep it on hold. Dont go for their choice

Horrible service and do not pick up the phone even after dialing for 100 times in a day. otherwise it is engaged
I fully agree with this complaint, every where every customers suffuring by the seviour diese but every HPCL official over looked this complaints and give liberty to there dealer to deliver stove force fully as they are earning handsome amount while doing so.
yes very true, even i have faced and still facing the same problem. Request to please take a some action
