It means you admit that you are doing wroung practices with your innocent customer.

Hello to all Mr. Sanjeevaniwellness patners,
I have seen in consumer court website , lots of similar complaints from other.

I need a feedback regarding my complaint , they will make decision to deal with you dont worry, i will allow to take money. I hope in still will have court & laws to deal with such frud coompanies.

I lawyers in my family , no problem will fight till the end or close your fraud company.

If your MD & your law team has guts , reply your feedback oncwe will see you then.

Dear customer care,
I have been fraudulently cheated by M/S Sanjeevani Wellness of Rs.6999/-. It was projected to me that this is 25 years old company and in the field of health insurance. It would insure my family members of what ever age. To the extent it was made to understand that unlike other insurance companies Sanjeevani will give better advantages & benefits. Like does not deduct any amount on room rent on the admission of the patient at various hospitals. It allows actual room rent!

An agent with the name of Nidhi & Sneha Sharma ([protected] & [protected]) from corporate office & based on wrong information & false commitments collected Rs.6999/- . I paid this amount vide cheque no 116815 dated 31/07/2012 in favour of SANJEEVANI WELLNESS P LTD drawn on ICICI Bank , Rohini sec-8 branch. The cheque was enchased on 01/08/12. The documents did not reach me until Aug’12 despite of my follow-up. They have misguided to over the notice period to react & assure their best services.

After long chase of 2 months still nothing has been deliver in terms of said thing, except on card & tour voucher. Which was informed the complimentary, was not the one I had asked for. After numerous chases to Sanjeevani Wellness Sales executives finally they have accepted my complaint their complaint no is S01W912 dt 9/10/12. I was told that I would get refund which I didn't. I wrote emails on website but no response. It's when I wrote email to the customer care I got to know that I need to call them for future references after sales only then my query would be heard. I told them that product of no use to me. Kindly refund the amount. Now there are saying you have crossed the notice period, will not refund the money as per company policies.

Despite of my repeated requests for refund to customer care executives, my money has not been refunded to me. All false promises have made during the tenure of the emails exchange and many a times I was told to get a call back from them which did not happen.


I will go to consumer court against the company; I really don’t understand how such a big company allows & hampering their name & image.
If company will not refund my 100% money, will print the papers & publish the same in paper. To aware people against the same to save the innocent consumers from such fraudulent companies which dupes the customers of their hard earned money. No choice is yours; need your prompt action on the same.

How disgusting company called SANJEEVANI WELLNESS P LTD, still no response on cheating complaint. It means they are cheating innocent people & doing fraud.
Our Law must close such fraud company, as so many people putting complaints.

We have all proof, cheque clearance time & they have cheated people on the name of Health policy. As they are in polio organizing company, under this flag only.

My promise i will not leave simply..

I am also facing this problem with this fraud company.

Please let me know how we can sue this Sanjeevani wellness in court.
I have written lots of mails to customer care of sanjeevani and also called them but still I din't get any response. Their customer care number[protected] is also switched off since last one week or so.

It seems like they have shut down these numbers and have run away with our money.

Coordinator, Sanjeevani Wellness has give above message to refund and i have proof of his mail. He has to now 10 times . what they have taken form me.

Mr. Sanjeevani wellness, you don't have any meaning and value of commitments. But will not allow you to digest my money.

On email and above consumer forum, they have accepted to their faults. I hope consumer court will cancel their all licences. which they have got from back doors.
