To : All Staff of Santhimadom Builders & Developers CC : Chairman, Dr Radhakrishnan , Vice Chairman Ragesh Manu and Asst Manager Mr Ramesh It is highly unfortunate that your Chairman and his team is not fulfilling the commitments made for the past more than five months regularly. His son & Vice Chairman, Mr Ragesh is also non responsive to calls & messages. The entire group needs to be educated to take more responsibilities, the position demands and the same may be seen from the trial mails. It all shows that your company is bunch o[censored]nprofessionals headed by a most ill reputed person in the industry and who does not have care for his customers at all. "The Thankamma episode is a good example of your clear dishonesty" and a black spot to your organisation. I understand from the staff and many others that people are literally using unparliamentary language against your chairman in person and there are cases piled up besides, the recent land acquisition is also into controversy. These asides, today I spoke to your chairman Radhakrishnan as well forwarded messages over messages explaining the action planned to be initiated against him if the rent is not received on time and it is regretted that due to his indifferent attitude and changing commitments day by day I am paying a heavy price. I am sure you will realise and appreciate that these type of behaviour is not worth standard of a person of his status . This may be the last time, I am re-iterating that you will realize the value of customer caring and will not force me to make your attitude public through various Media, Blogs & Social Networks, Website Complaints, Refering the case to Channels for investigation and also forwarding to all Kerala associations all over India / NRIs besides other builders in KERALA also forwarding this trail mail to all known people. I am sure that it will create extremely a bad impression about the company and its people in the market (NRIs circles and at home). I hope wisdom will prevail upon you to honour the commitments by depositing the amount of Rs 40,000/- latest by tomorrow i.e Mar 22, 2011 or cancel both my villas immediately and refund my money after deducting the land cost as per the agreements or pay visit your office with POLICE & ADVOCATE ALONGWITH JOURNALISTS TO HAVE PRESS CONFERENCE. This may lead to various problems in your organisation and exodus of your staff. Please do not make me to do that extreme step. It is indeed to write this mail, because the above mail which has send by Mr. M.Jayaprakash who is our customer he told to us that this mail is not send by him and we got this mail though [protected]@gmail.com which is not in our client list, so we are confused with in it and we had also curiosity to know that who is this person and why he pass comments in this regards, we send our personal mail in this regards but he can not replied in this mater.
As he is not in our clients list, forwarding Image damaging mails to our customers is a crime from his part. In playing such back window games he cannot achieve his goal. I hope in future he will not commit this type of acts with force us to go cyber cell.

In the month of January 2011, Santhimadom Builders from Kerala had kept a property exhibition at Pune (Maharashtra), whom we had visited and with the interest of all at home, we had given them an amount of Rs. 1, 00, 000.00 towards the booking charges, on a condition that if we dont like the venue or the property they will refund us the entire money back the same day itself.
We went and checked the property in February 2011 and as we didnt like the property, intimated the same to the builders - Dr. Radhakrishnan and requested for the refund as per the agreement. He gave us a post dated dated (HDFC Cheque No. 008765 dated 5th April 2011) with a reason that all refunds are done in the new financial year.
We first deposited the cheque on 5th April 2011 in HDFC Bank, Navi Mumbai. We were informed by the bank, the same day evening that due to insufficient fund, they havent processed our transaction. When we spoke to the Builder - Dr. Radhakrishnan, the same evening, he assured that the fund will be available by the next day i.e. 6th April afternoon. But as we didnt get any confirmation from them on 6th April 2011, we spoke to them and then they said that we should deposit the cheque only after April 20th 2011.
We again deposited the cheque on 20th April 2011 in HDFC Bank, Navi Mumbai and we were informed by the bank at the time of deposit that there is a lack on fund in Santhimadom's account. When we spoke to Santhimadom, we were confirmed that the fund will be available by 26th April 2011, for which we got email confirmation too.,
Today - 26th April 2011, against the cheque has been dishonoured. It is our hard earned money and cant let it go. Need your help to get the same published in paper, so that no other person is been cheated the way Santhimadom has done with us.
Looking forward for a favourable and positive response from your end.
