[Resolved]  Saravana Gas Agency — ILL TREATMENT BY THE PROPRIETOR

Dear sir, My name is K R Susila My consumer No. at Gas Links, Aminjikarai, Chennai is 52083. Recently I shifted my family from that area to Urapakkam, Kancheepuram District. When I enquired about the Indane Gas Distributor in that area, I heard about Savarana Gas Agency, Perungalathur. Hence I requested for a transfer from Gas Links, Aminjikarai, to Saravana Gas Agency, Perungalathur. Today when I approached Saravana Gas Agency for transfer, the Proprietor Mr.Chithirai Pandian refused to do so and he did not reply my queries instead he asked his men to take me out of his cabin. I feel insulted by the way i was treated and tone he took on me. I want immediate action to be taken against that agency for the rude behavior of the proprietor and please direct them to take my request for transfer. Or please let me know any other indane distributor distributing at Urapakkkam.
