[Resolved]  Sbbj — Unfair dealing

Respected sir,

I have a complaint regarding the unfair treatment by the staff working at SDBBJ, Collectorate Branch, Sikar. I visited the branch on 27.10.2008 for new account. When I asked the form from the person who was sitting at first counter and was dealing with new accounts, he replied" I do not have the form" and when I asked him that from wwhere I can get the same he replied "I( do not know" in a rude manner. When I tried to get the same from Manager then he replied, " You can not get it today, come after Diwali". When I told him that I am residing outside the state so please give me the form, he said "To main kya karun". I complianed him about the person sitting on the first counter then he said that note down my name and submit the complint where you want. It was my first and probably last experience with SBBJ. Allas, I have good experience with State bank of Patiala and State bnak of India in the past and at present but with SBBJ ... motre than worst. Please look into the matter personally so that the same should not be happened again with any other customer. Thanks

A saving account No. [protected] has in SBBJ, Soron Katra, Shahganj, Agra & ATM card No. is[protected] on the name of Mr. Pankaj Lawania. I have Rs. 6374.00 in my account. I used ICICI ATM Service on dated[protected] and withdrawal for Rs. 3000.00 card give the money statement[protected]=3374) but not give the amount. Several times the complain has been noted & I have give the written complaint at SBBJ, Soron Katra, Shahganj, AgraBut till dated no action has been taken.
Therefore, you are requested to look into the matter and correct the balance.

With due respact I have open an account in SBBJ Branch Jhalawar on 4 or 5 february and also apply for ATM card but till today I have not received my ATM card due to this I am facing more problem, So please kindly send me my ATM card as early as possible.

I have a complaint regarding the unfair treatment by the staff working at SBBJ, C G Road Branch, Ahmedbad, Gujarat (Mr. Dhasarat Bhai)

Today I went SBBJ C.G. Road Ahmedabad . I stood at counter to deposit the cheque and told him to accept the transfer cheque and he told me very rudely and in an unacceptable manner to affix the stamp on my own and put the cheque on the table. This type of behviour cannot be acceptable by any individual since he has behavioured in the same manner several times before.

I felt it very insulted infront of everybody and please take necessary action against the above person so that he should not repeat this type of behavour with anybody.

It is a situation whereby you give a cheque to my client who goes to cash it 20 minutes after I have withdrawn some money and he's told how much I have drawn as well. Does this amount to proffessionalism! This is absurd, my bank details are not for public consumption as it were, to make matters worse at Putholi Branch when you ask for balance and a paper to write on, the teller shouts your balance to the whole world!! Somebody help me is the Indian way of doing banking? Please help before I conclude this is normal here. Iam a foreigner so don't let me carry bad newz like this.

i m coustomer of sbbj from last 5 years, few weeks ago i registered for Net -banking
hand to hand i received the user Id and Password but till date it was not activated.
then i asked to bankers no proper response .They told that your acount is activated but
when i log in it shows invalid user ID and Password.
Pls. do need full.

Very rude behavior of SBBJ employes at piani, Rajasthan, they even does'nt know how to behave with customer's, hope less and use less bank ever seen

Please take an action on the bank, after veryfing by sending your person and seek the response from them and u will know the behavior of the employees present there

Service of SBBJ is not cutomer friendly. I do have a SB account in SBBJ at Patna. It is very regretful to say that for mere issuance of cheque book I have to visit many times to the branch. I would like to request the authority to please issue cheque book of atleast 25 foils instead of 10 so that it may last for some days. The attitude of the staff working at the branch even that of nanager are not very co-operative in replying to the querries of the customers. I request the higher authority of the institution to issue suitable guidelines to their staff to be helpful while dealing with the customers to their satisfaction.
I have not received my ATM Card till date
