[Resolved]  SBI Cap Securities — Account Deactivated and not entertained

Dear Sir/ Ma'm,

My name is Siddharth Verma. I have a Demat Account plus online share trading account with SBI Cap Securities. My Password hs been locked today in the morning at 10.15 AM and since then i'm constantly trying to reach them on their toll free number and customer care numbers given on their website, www.sbicapsec.com, but it didnt respond me. I have continuously tried to contact them till evening 6.30 but they didnt reply. Unlocking password was really important for today because i had to do very important transaction today by selling some shares and to do the profit booking. but due to deactivation of account i was not able to sell my shares and noe they have come down heavily and it mite be possible that tomorrow when share market opens it will go down further.
In one way i have incurred loss due to non-response from SBI Cap Securities.
I even sent cmplaints on their email ids.

Please helb me in above matter

Demat a/c & share treading — Regarding passwoard

Today I want to use share treading facility through reliance money. com but my password is lost. I use facility ‘unlock password’ but I want to know how I come to know the password because without password I can’t see the mail provided by reliance money. Let me know is any other method available to open mailbox or I request to you please supply me other method to open my email ID of reliance money or password on my email ID ’[protected]@indiatimes.com

securities on line trading application — no response from your end

I was pursuaded to become member for on line trading with your office at G3, Willingdon estate, No.53, Ethiraj salai, Egmore, Chennai-600008 and obtained my application with HDFC bank cheque for Rs.2499/- on 27/06/2009 but till date no one turned up to demonstrate the on line trading or to enable me installing the kit nor I have received any pass word from your company.

I am being approached by India bulls securities and other companies.If you are not interested in inviting me I want to be infomred with clear intention.

Please reply immediately.

Hi All,

I strongly advice all to stay away from SBI Capital Securities. I hope this message is read by the management at SBI Capital Securities. For the past 2 months I have been struggling to get my Demat account online and active with no response. I am shocked that they donot have a system to take care of customer complaints. The local office at Delhi are pathetic.

I just hope that such companies and irresponsible people have a hard time to survive.

I pity the people who struggle with such organisations day in and day out.

The same thing happened with me. Password was locked due to three times wrong entry. I sent a e-mail to the customer care sbicapsecurities and immediately they sent me another password with certain instructions.
Dear Mr. Vimal,
Yesterday i.e. 30th Oct 2009, I had taken a leave just with a hope that this problem would be rectified thereby incurring a personal loss amounting to one days time and one days salary.
I have not been able to operate this account since January 2009. For this period I am very sure your organisation must have charged service charges from my SBI a/c.
You would agree that its bit too irrational, illogical and grossly unjust that I a carry on incurring losses with the association with SBI cap securities.
I would be delighted if you could be kind enough to provide me with adequate compensation and close my SBI CAP securities at the earliest. I just can not burden myself with further losses.
Kindly convey to your ineffective and inefficient customer support and team at mumbai(specially Vikas & Smita More) that I donot need any help on this.

I had forgotten my password, and requested for a new password.
I got a message that it will be sent to my email id. Yet I have not recieved it.
already tried thrice.
I also called to SBI cap securities customer care number[protected]and[protected]
but they are invalid.
i have also logged complaint with SBIhelpdesk but no reply.
What to do now?

My name is Vijay Venugopal and i have a trading account with you. I have to say the services provided by you is least dependable as i couldnt do any trading today as i didnt get any updates in the trading grids. They just remain dead without being updated. Horrible to say the least. Also you people are very fast in claiming and transferring your commission and charges from our account but the converse hasnt been quick by any means. I havent got my profit from the trading i did 3 days before till now. When i have a loss, it is transfeered from my account that day itself. So why is the delay in giving me my profit?Really ridiculous. I feel SBIcapsecurities is providing very poor service to its customers. Please try to take of the problems i mentioned above. Also as the above complaints suggest, you people seem very reluctant in attending the calls of the customers. Really below par service. I hope the service of SBIcapsecurities will become better as soon as possible.

SBI — LOGIN AND TRADING PASSWORD HAS LOCKED

SBI - SUPER BUNCH OF

Yesterday alone they troubled the whole customers of SBI SECURITY CAPS. Their customer care officers are caring them selves only. Actually they need Help From Public. Thanks God The greatest Bank and Greatest People.

I am sick of it.
