[Resolved]  SBI Debit Card — not accepting for train reservation

my sbi debit card no is[protected] . I have booked a tkt of railway.But while making payment,message -'"Please enter a valid card no"is appearing.I am sbi consumer since 1982.
I appeal senior persons to look into the matter.
