[Resolved]  SBI - Internet banking — Activation Problem

Sir,

I got my internet banking kit from my branch 10 days ago. But till now i am not able to login. It says "Invalid username and passowrd". And it also says "Enter valid account no. and branch name" whenever i try to lodge an online complaint in the "Trouble logging in" section..
Plz activate my online banking account as soon as possible because i am working in a remote village in assam,the nearest sbi branch being 30 kms away and the only way to access my sbi account quickly is through gprs,which i luckily manage to get there...

State Bank of India — Internet Banking Problem

I am a regular customer of your bank.

My Name is Tarsem Goyat and my Accout No. is [protected]

I have applied for my Net banking user ID and Password. I got my Id and password. But it didn’t work due to some technical problems. I went to the branch regarding this problem. But instead of resolving this problem they provided me a new ID and password. But at this time I have faced the same problem. I told it to the bank employees. But they asked me to visit next working day i.e. on Monday. I am working in Haryana Public Service Commission, Sector-4, Panchkula. So it is impossible for me to visit your branch day by day. I can only visit there on Saturday only. But they didn’t make me satisfied.

I have complained on SBI website and my complain no. is CC[protected] but SBI did not give me any reply regarding this.

You are requested to kindly take some suitable action to resolve my problem so that I’ll not face any difficulty in the future and I can use Net banking service provided by you regularly. I shall be thankful to you for this.

I am interest in Internet banking Before one month I got the form in Avaniyapuram sbi Branch, the manager said it will access in one week but whenever i type the username and password it is not accessing my account if any one know the solution...

Dear Sir, I am Narendra Gajanand Raval is having saving a/c is with Dhrangadhra Branch and a/c no:[protected].Please note since last 3 months I am unable to use mobile facilities as I changes model of Nokia.Preveously i was using Nokia 6303 classic but after changing my nobile Nokia 6303i classic: unable to connect.I have contacted to sbi Dhg.branch also but they are also unable to help me.

i too have the same problem of activating the account even after getting the kit from my sbi branch replying that the user id pass word is invalid. so i request you to solve the problem and to send the email in to my id sha.[protected]@gmail.com

to internet banking — activation of internet banking

Sir i am cust statebank baraut(01563). i given request to internet banking to banch office. officer given me a internet bank kit (kit [protected] packet no 90439 circle code 04 serial no )but not activate till now . i say to manager to seen this matter. but any responce by manager.

pls seen matter and take prompt action

SBI — Interbank transfer

Its been 12 days,my money is not yet credited to my beneficiary's account. None of the bank is ready to take the responsibilty.Can you understand the trouble that I am facing beacuse of you all.And you guys are not even coperating.I have called so many people around but could not get any help.Please do not give me any numbers this time.Either give me my money back or make this transaction successful.I would seriously say Heights of Irresponsibilty.rather than providing a proper solution to the problem,you guys are givin me some contact nos. hello sir ,this is ankit from patna,bihar.it is really annoying the way your employess respond to open up a single account.they are making me visit from past couple a months..we have only 1 branch in whole locality nd is really a big time trouble if you feel to visit sbi,hanuman nagar branch for sort of transaction.it is not at all bearable..as we have just couple of branches in complete k-bagh locality.and even if they make us face sort of problems then what should we do particullarly?it seems k-bagh main branch do not open accounts for students,as they said me that am not elligible to open up any account in the branch because am a student,even though i fullfil your all demand of documents nd all..plz advise.....

The amount is not transfer to A/c no [protected] but my money is deducted to my account. Net banking show the amount is transfer and deduct the amount. But just search the [protected] account the money is not transfer.

My self First time use of internet bank from SBBJ . on dated 7-4-2011 . Bank authorities was provide closed envelope to me for use the ibanking.

Now I have enter my first time User ID and passward . In this changed passward I Forget it Now Plz slow this Problem. what can i do for it
