[Resolved]  SBI - Internet banking — Activation Problem

Sir,

I got my internet banking kit from my branch 10 days ago. But till now i am not able to login. It says "Invalid username and passowrd". And it also says "Enter valid account no. and branch name" whenever i try to lodge an online complaint in the "Trouble logging in" section..
Plz activate my online banking account as soon as possible because i am working in a remote village in assam,the nearest sbi branch being 30 kms away and the only way to access my sbi account quickly is through gprs,which i luckily manage to get there...

I registered for SBI internet banking and i got user name/password on same day. I have been told that my i-banking will be activated within 72hrs. i am not able to log in even after compalining to local branch several times.
Foolish service, The given username and password for net banking was someone else username and account no. which i can view and allow me to transfer, but i am not making any transfer, in my account i lost Rs.10, 000. which is taken by some one else, so anyone please help me out what to do now.
I have same problem. hen I conacted the branch, they advised to all the rovided toll free umbers n the site. When I dial the numebrs If phone rings no body attend other wise contnuous engage. This problem with all the three provided numbers. My account No. [protected]

SBI — problem in internet banking

Dear sir/madam,

I wish to inform you that i am facing a lot ofproblems in netbanking. First i have only viiwing rights some days before i given a application regarding transaction rights so the bankprovide me the transaction rights and said to me that after 24 hours iam able to transaction money.

But when i check 24 hours so i find out that i am not able to view my account.i contact many times to my home branch but they not solved myproblem.so i provide you the details to solve my problem.

Dear sir,
As i read, your complain is not resolved by the bank. You are requested to call our call centre or lodge complain through sms. People from bank will call you after sending SMS and branch have to take necessary action to solve your problem.

Please write UNHAPPY in your message box and send it to [protected].

my Account no-[protected] I registered for SBI internet banking on[protected] and i got user name/password on same day. I have been told that my i-banking will be activated within 24hrs. Now after 5 days i am not able to log in even after compalining to local branch several times.
I don't know what the hell is going on and who is responsible for that
I often get invalid username and password when ever I login to SBI online banking. Very very very worst service I get from SBI. I also have other bank account, which provide a wonderfiul service. I recently opened SBI account for which they made me to walk to the branch office nearly 20 times. And to get the dulicate net banking password they charged 100Rs from my account. Now again I get the same error INVALID USERNAME or PASSWORD. Hectic... Making lot of head ache.

I request to provide a kindly speaking person as a Helpdesk in each brach office to guide the customers for any issues.

When ever I go to the branch office I see the officials shouting at the customers(who are illitrate/litrate) Worst worst worst. When I go to other bank officials volunteerly come and guide us.

Pls pls provide better service.

i applied for internet banking account. i got id and password on same day from bank. they said that account wll be activated within 2 days but still i am waiting for it.
whenever i try to login on onlinesbi.com it says invalid username and password. i ask about to my bank they said "thr is problem on site" . then why it not specify on web site...

State Bank of India — not activated my net banking

Sir,
I got a kit (no.[protected]) for internet access on 07.08.11at 11 pm and requested to use that after 24 hours. I am used the same on 07.08.11 (after 2 hours). the result was invalid ID as well as PASSWORD. Please do the needful kindly.
The state bank of india tag line should be changed to" without you. all the way"...The most indolent bank in the world...Their service is worst than any other nationalised and private sector banks in india...The majority employees working in state bank of india doesn't have minimum basic knowledge of computer's...They dont know how to behave with the customers and how to solve the problems faced by them...i recieved internet banking kit from sbi ( adb branch, vizag)...they assured me your account will be activated within 24 hours...after 48 hours i logged with user name and password given by state bank of india...it failed...computer showing invalid user name and password...Then i ask the chairman of sbi...what is the fun in giving internet kit to the customers...and making customers fools...with this kind of irresponsible and negligence service we are loosing confidence on sbi...this sbi bank should be privatised...Then only employees of sbi bend their body and work...the sbi doesn't have any right to stand in top position as a public sector bank...
