[Resolved] SBI - Internet banking — Activation Problem | |
Sir, I got my internet banking kit from my branch 10 days ago. But till now i am not able to login. It says "Invalid username and passowrd". And it also says "Enter valid account no. and branch name" whenever i try to lodge an online complaint in the "Trouble logging in" section.. Plz activate my online banking account as soon as possible because i am working in a remote village in assam,the nearest sbi branch being 30 kms away and the only way to access my sbi account quickly is through gprs,which i luckily manage to get there... my account details: acc no.-[protected] branch- Guwahati Medical College branch,Guwahati internet banking username[protected] thanking you, DR. once again log in problems today despite having been able to log in with my set netbanking details inpast, this is second time around in last two months, whe attempted to log for net banking pops up with message invild p/w ? last complaint january 18th raised with customer sevices, resoluation /advise from team sbi cms with given ticket number ( to visit branch on the same day in chandigarh (wow i am only an NRI CUSTOMER IN UK) WHEN REQUESTED FOR HOW? STILL WAITING FOR AN ANSWER FROM HIGHLY COMMITED CUSTOMER SERVICE.
hi, just an update from yesterday's comments as mentioned above, left site after two failed attempst (invalid user name & p/w) loged in using same asyesterday and hey presto*** i was into my account info. is this some glitch set up by sbi? two months ago when c/s did not respond ihad followed same as today and was able to log than. hope sbi management does take intrest in followin these coments too to see what may be happening at ground level.

The same thing happen to me .I got my SBI Netbanking Kit recently but never work after i try after 24hrs.I contact Branch but nothing was change unfortunately.So sad.Username[protected] Working but password doesn't work .Send me the password in my registered mobile number
