[Resolved] SBI Online Banking — Inaction | |
I live in USA and I sent my application for registration for online banking to SBI Noida, Sector 2 branch on September3, 2009, Since then I have sent numerous reminders but there is no reply. There are three different phone numbers of that branch and I have been calling them every day ten to fifteen times. The ring goes on, but no one answers the phone. There is one website that is supposed to register the complaints, but when you start accessing the website, it closes by itself. There is another website, but it is prepetually , under custruction. In USA I have been using online banking since 1993, and I have never had any problem. But SBI online banking appears to be a joke. Was this information helpful? | |

I Mohammed Fahad Ali { Journalist } from Hyderabad wants to give a complaint, on 1-July-2011 SBI internet banking was on worst condition for more than 14hours i was trying to see my transactions but it was not showing me my last ten transactions and was giving some Error. Due to it i lost 150rs. I have made an recharge of 150rs on my mobile number through a website {www.paytm.com} and dint receive it Reference number 19590065IG56586303 Transferred to [protected].
I want a refund back of this amount on my account & hope SBI to improve its services and net banking functions. Asking for your favored co-operation.

with due respect &high regard i satish vaze, acct no. -[protected] want to state that went in canara bank atm to with draw money on 01/07/2011 Rs 300&Rs 100 respectively. i havent got money but Rs 400 has been deducted from my sbi account, so i request you to take appropriate action.

I had paid my Reliance Digital TV yearly subscription for 2012, Rs.1950/- through SBI online banking through my SBI ( A/c No.[protected] Steel Plant campus branch )
savings bank account on 14th Dec 2011.This transaction transferred to Reliance infocom ltd on 14th Dec 2011 as per
the SBI account statement as on 19.12.2011. But it was not credited in Reliance infocom account.
How have I to rectify the problem ?
Note. As per SBI statement MSBI[protected]G81304672 TRANSFER TO [protected] BILLDESK TRANSACTION
