SBT — Not able to do Online transactions

I am a Customer of SBT, Nerul branch. The customer care department is very very poor. The number which is given in contact no.[protected] is of SBI. It is not able to have contact with customer care of SBT. I have made so many complaints by Online(complaint nos.414480, 414485, 414256, 414477, 414478, 414255...etc). Till today i didn't receive any reply. More over I made the same complaint to SBI also. They said the decease will cure soon. I am waiting, waiting...for long time. My problem is to transfer the amount from my SBT account to SBI mutual fund which is not happening for last one weak. Please help me if anybody knows the solution.

I am not able to transfer money through my internet banking facility in my account. My account number s[protected]Madayi, Puthiyangadi, Kannur, Kerala) many times I tried to send fees for my daughter and other expenses i enter all the things and it is stopping the stage of high security password session, the password is not coming to my mobile number in KSA, it is very difficult, and facing problems of the money transfer for some urgent matters.
