I am an account holder of SBT, pathirapally branch,kerala (A/c no:[protected]).For the last few days i am trying to withdraw my balance amount but was unable to process as my account was blocked. I have not drawn any extra money which is clear from my pass book and ATM statement. But they say that my balance is negative and i have drawn extra of Rs 7500/- from my account.If it is some clerical mistakes kindly clear it of as it is urgent for me and as it is not my mistakes I need not spare for it Was this information helpful? | 
my name is prabin.. my acc no is [protected] (kallambalam branch) in state bank of travancore.. now i am in chennai.. yesterday i tried to take 10500 rs from my account through ATM (in chennai).. when the money came out from the machine i am delayed to collect money.. so the money came back to the machine... after that onemore time i have tried to the same atm machine same amount... but the message which is shown in the monitor is"u have insufficient balance in ur account" and also shown the balance amount only 750 rupees.. yesterday at night time i called to the customer care num.. then they are telling that that amount will added to my account automatically... but i have already informed my branch.today morning my parents put 20000 rs in my account.. after that also i have checked the amount that same time also that amount is added... what is the further procedures i have to do// this is my contact num..[protected]...reply me lease
