[Resolved]  SBT — banking fraud

i took a home loan from sbt in 2006 . i closed the loan within 1 1/2 year and asked the bank for my insurance amount rs 50000 . they asked me to wait for some weeks but even after 7 months i didnt get any response. so i contacted their insurance arm sbilife and came to know that the amount had already been issued and cashed to an unknown account holder. even after 16 months sbt is not cooperating with me . wht should i do where should i complain any one pls help
