[Resolved]  SCB CREDIT CARD — petrol surcharge are not reversed

Hello Sir,

I(balwan singh) am Standard Chartered Super value Titanium Credit card Holder and my card([protected]) statement(4/11/2102 to 4/02/1013) I didn't get back my surcharge reversal on petrol transaction.I have mailed many Time but not get proper response .they are just saying please refer term and condition and ignoring my issues.I have gone through term and condition properly.They are saying 2.5% surcharge reversal(full) + 2.5% cash back (limited to max 500 per month and max 100 per transaction).

I was not informed me for any charges also not get proper response for my mails.Very poor and frustrating service from bank.

But In place resolving my issues they imposed more charges as below:

050113 OVER LIMIT FEE 500.00
280113 LATE CHARGES 700.00
040213 INTEREST 2,621.22
040213 SER TAX & CESS 12.36% 472.30
NEW BALANCE 65,715.89

but it should be 59500 not 65,715.89.

I have paid these dues for now but wants back ASAP.I am deeply disappointed from SCB response have called so many times and mailed also but very poor service from SCB.
