[Resolved]  SCB CREDIT CARD — Required Status of my Documents

Hello Sir/Mam,

I am Ankit Kumar Nirwal had received call from[protected] on 27th Aug the executive offer me a ’Manhattan credit card’ of SCB bank and suggest me to apply for new card on behalf of my other bank card then promise me that I will send executive on your address tomorrow for collecting my related document, on 20th Aug I received a call from field executive (Manoj #[protected] and he came at my office add. and collect my document (As mentioned below) when I asked him for my reference/application no. for SCB card then he told me that you will received a SMS on your register mobile no. when we log your file into the bank.
On 30th Aug I had receive a call from verification department after verifying my all details I had again asked for application/reference no. then she again told me that you will received application no. post filing your file into the bank.

After two or three days on 5th Aug I called up on[protected] and asked for my card status then that exe. (kundan) told me that I am new in this organization you will talk to my supervisor and that supervisor assured me that I will call you in next 30 min but I hadn’t received any call from that no. then I again call on[protected] the executive (Kundan) said that “yahan call mat karo, hamare pass koi information nahi hai jo kerna hai ker lo”.

At last yesterday, I called up that executive (Manoj) who had came to collect my Document, he gave me no. of Varun ([protected]) and as per my conversation with varun he without asking my details he told me that your application was declined by SCB bank. Then I had asked that what is the reason behind that he said “Sorry sir, I am just giving you information according to my assumption because I am handling HDFC bank section in this company for SCB card you please contact to Mr. Raj[protected] for exact details after that yesterday (10th Sep) around at 6:00 PM I called up Raj and he said that sure sir please wait for 30min I will call you and confirm the status of your card but he didn’t call me and switch off his mobile. Finally today morning when I have call on Mr. Raj[protected] no. after 3-4 times one lady pick up the ph. and said that no one Raj is available on this no. and arguing me and disconnect my call. At last I have again call on field executive no. (Manoj #[protected] he said I will not be able to help you sir please mark a mail to SCB bank regarding the same.

So, this is my humble request to please confirm the status of my card otherwise please return my document to me.

Below is the list of document which I had given for SCB card:

1. Photocopy of my PAN Card
2. Photocopy of Phone bill
3. Photocopy of my HDFC Bank Credit Card
4. Passport size photograph
5. Last three months salary Slip.

Further, I will be waiting for your revert
