Two Clipsal C-Bus 2 dimmer & Relay manufactured by Schneider Electric (part of electric cable network of the flat) installed less than 1 year, costing Rs.70000 each have failed.
Customer care rep on call refused to replace under warranty, without feedback as to where actually was the cause of failure. No complaint report was submitted.
On follow up with building FM, assurance were given for resolution, but since 4 months follow up company does not respond.
There has been no known error/irregular/unwarranted use or installation of any kind in the flat, as builder provided ready to move in apartments. Was this information helpful? |
