I had purchased an UPS from Scneider (APC) in 2020 June. There were some batetry issues and those are being periodically replaced by SE's dealer, when the request is sent to SE (on payment basesi, Battery cost plus service). Recently, on 24th June 2023, a battery was replaced (it took more than one month follow up after complaint to get it done). Now, within Battery warrantee period (one year), the new battery has again failed. Complaint given to the company[protected] on 26th September), but it still is unresolved, and in fact the company is asking for 'Service Charges', despite failure within warrantee. DO NOT BUY SCHNEIDER PRODUCTS IF YOU WANT IT TO BE FOR A DURATION SINCE ONCE THE WARRANTEE PERIOD IS OVER, THEY WASH HANDS OFF... LET CUSTOMER STEW IN ITS OWN BROTH... AFTER ALL THEY DID MANAGE TO SELL ONE PRODUCT DUPING SOMEONE...
