i have an computer containing hard disk of seagate company which is corrupted and having 5 years garranty that is upto 1st jan 2011 i want to know indian office to claim the warranty

i purchased a external hard disk 320 gb three months back from bangalore.
i suddenly stooped being recognised.i called the banaglore service center, but they are not replying to my complaint anymore. i had to get some data also recovered.they are not taking nay responsibility by not replyng
please help me , because i donot know what to do

Dear Sir, I always face the problem with our sata Connector,
It's connector, is so Delicate and always chance to break, in this way my Four Segate Sata 80 Gb Hard drives get damaged at that connector.

So plz do somthing

I AM USING YOUR 500GB SEGATE HARDISK FROM LAST 6 MONTHS.BUT I AM NOT SATISFIED FROM THIS HARD DRIVE. 3 MONTHS BEFORE IT CONTAINS THE ERROR OF S.M.A.R.T AND I HAD REPLACED THIS DRIVE FROM THE LUDHIANA SERVICE STATION.BUT AFTER 3 MONTHS SUDDNELY IT WAS NOT DETECTED NOW . I AM VERY VERY UPSET BECAUSE MY VERY VERY IMPORTANT DATA IS NOW ON THAT HARDRIVE AND PLEASE HELP ME I NEED A CARD TO REPLACE IT AND RECOVERE DATA FROM MY HARD DRIVE. dear sir/madam, I purchase new segate harddisk and then not detected in my pc so i went to segate sevice centre in indore accel fortline limeted 101-102 sunrise tower 579 M.G road indore and sumit my harddisk in service centre on 17 dec 2012 and they told me after 15 days your replacement done but on 5 feb 2013 my harddisk replacement not done my pc is not working without hard disk always told me next week you collect your hard disk so please kindly solve my problem as soon as possible .
