don't give money and your originals certificates to any one it is illegal, you can work free to them, if they agree, if they are providing with the training you can write the bond by mentioning all the training expenses and fees, if at all you leave the company, pay to company

One thing i would like to tell you that come to the company and enquire to the sgs employees.. Don't believe that who are non serene employees. Feel free to come to office in Banjara hills. Someone posted "there is no office in Banjara hills". Now over 500 employees working in Banjara hills office. this is the best exmple that what the knowledge that had known to the repliers.

I was surprised yesterday when I saw almost 200-300 people standing outside Serene Global services.It was because Serene on Sunday was trying to send the systems back to vendors as has not paid the amaount to the vendors.Even the caterer woman was fighting for her 3.50 lacs which serene has not paid since 3 months.Also the security person were seen standing and protesting for their bill of 2 lacs. There is only one person by name Mr. Sarkar who raised voice to the management team of Serene Global Services.He is really a one man army.No one in SERENE till day has raised voice or has guts to ask and to threaten the management for not providing salary till date since september onwards.I feel ashamed of all other employees of serene who kept quiet even when they know that Serene is fakeand is failing on its promise and bond.People came to know about it and now they never stop praising him.This is how you raise voice against corruption.Hatts off..
