[Resolved]  Serene Global Services — No Salaries and No corporate culture in the company

Serene Global Services, a ISO 9001:2008 certified company which is started by Mr.Mani Kumar is a genuine company . Which is wellknowned in Hyderabad for recruiting the high volume SAP condidate in the corporate world with the security deposit of 2LAKHS rupees with proper legal works.According to the bond the salary for the first 6months it will be 2.16LPA and after 6months with some conditions salary will be hiked to 3.0LPA. The part that is mentioned is simply a joke.So called CEO of the company is simply a fery teller with good bluffs. Guys are working in the company for 5months without a single penny.If anyone will ask to him then he will point to the HRs.HRs are the persons who are simply acting like messengers in this company ,they even dont know what the management thing is going on ! If the employees are asking directly to the CEO regarding this Salary issue then he simply bluffs of having so and so big big projects and let the employees swim in a dream with some fake promises of paying you off the salary on someparticular date.When that date arrives he postpone that date also.He was in a big trouble and all the employees supported him for the escape but still he is on his own temper.He doesnt want to share the company strategies to anyone not even his management team members.

So a good advice to my dear fresher friends please please and please dont go crazy for this company although it's a genuine one this is the thing going on practically inside the company..And I am a practical realiser of this thing .... Take my advice and try in some different company....
