Serene Global Services has done injustice to the words what did they say.
They have selected 100 out of 1500 and they gave training on .NET and for around 5months.Most of the days were in vain. And they also took 2months of work within this 5 months and interns are done their projects. They didn't give even a single rupee as stipend during training. even though many students were doing it because of the believe that they will select 50 with 2.5-3LPA with no bond. At last around 50-60 members were left and they were working without fail to be in serene. They took 2 tests and they have asked maximum out of from what they they taught during training even though many interns did well. Again they took interview rounds for some students. and at last they shortlisted Only 5 students even in these 5 students 2 had already selected in other companies.
Know Coming to the package they told that they can pay only 1.2 LPA if and only if they will sign 2yr Bond.
Now you decide and tell me what type of injustice did they do and how did they play game with our lives.
Now others has left with nothing because they already missed many drives and opportunity's because of their training. Was this information helpful? | 
I JOINED THIS COMPANY. Its been 3rd month by now, that I decided to quit SGS.Because of the following reasons.
1. Spoiled HR Management
2. No training since 3 months.
3. No Salary till now.
4. No trainer allotted till day.
5. No mail atleast to mailbox.
Most important things is SGS policy for (2 lacs scheme) was changed few days ago to 3.75 lacs.Now since company dont have money to provide salary to employees has again turned that option back to 2 lac scheme.
I have many things to say.Its a humble request to all those people who read my note here.
Do not join this SGS.
Its a fake company.
Plz plz plz...
