[Resolved]  SETC Buses — Not received my payment back

I have booked ticket (online reservation) for travel to my hometown and 1 day before the date of journey I found that the bus service was cancelled for that specific day, bu SETC department (which was not my mistake). So I sent a request letter to refund my money, to SETC office with printout of my ticket. But even after 50 days I have not recieved the amount back. Also they are not responding properly. So people please try to avoid booking tickets through online in SETC website.
