[Resolved]  Sharekhan — Broker not giving me details of my a/c properly.

Dear Sir,

I have DMATaccount with sharekhan in my mothers name, and i have given my account to broker for keeping watch on shares because i can not give full time on share market.

We had our a/c to some other broker earlier, which we transfered to this current broker. Reason behind this was that earlier broker was not able to transfer the shares in the name of my father, whom we lost in 2003. My relatives had there a/c with the current broker, so we transfered our a/c to him.He did our work of transferring the shares in the name of my father in my mothers a/c.

We had asked him to sell some shares which are low in price, he sold the shares but is not giving me the details of the shares, as on which date those shares were sold and at which price, and what he had done with that money.

We only buy and sell shares in cash and i do not play in F & O which i also warned to broker not play F & O.Recently i came to know that he had done loss of 3 lakh rs because of F & O which my broker played during 7-8 months back, ShareKhan has taken shares of 3 lakh rs.

Please suggest me to clear my account with broker because he always lies.

Please suggest me to take legal action against broker. Is there any option so that i can take legal action against broker.
