Shopping. Indiatimes.com — delaying in replacement | |||
I purchase nokia bh-503 from shopping.indiatimes.com , i received it on 24dec.2011 when i opened it it becomes defective from the side of keys. Then i registered a complaint through cell phone they gave me the complaint no. 55101 and told me that reverse pick up will take 3 days and replacement process will be of 10 days. When i get no response i contacted through the mail its complaint no. is 54606 but still no one has come yet in 6 working days. Please help me for replacing the product.
