[Resolved]  ShopYourWorld.com — AMOUNT NOT REFUNDED

I have order an iPhone 5 16GB White from online shopping site SHOPYOURWORLD.COM. The order (ORDER NO: SYWORD455 & ORDER NO. SYWORD472) were placed on 22-SEP-2012 with the transaction of Rs.30000 & 24-SEP-2012 with the transaction of Rs.22000, respectively, made online through Debit card.

Due to delay in shipping i cancelled the order on 05-NOV-2012 and i was informed that i will get my refund in 15 days. Now i am doing follow up daily and i get the same answer every day that your refund will be processed within this week. Many a times they don't even answer calls, & also they talk very rudely. Yesterday i called them and i got same answer and they told me you can complaint to any officials if you want.

Please help me how to proceed on this
