I saw this offer online to buy a mobile phone (nexus 4) priced at 26677 Rs on the website named shopyourworld.com which is registered under the name of the following person :

Organization: Shop Your World Pte. Ltd.
Name: Rahil Shah

I had placed an order on the website on the 1/19/2013 10:19:57 AM (Order Id: 1702) and paid by credit card the amount of 26,677.00 Rs. Once I received the Order confirmation I realized that the website had misleading information. they say the product was in stock and will be delivered in 10-14 business days and then they say that this is just a pre-order and the product will be delivered in 5-7 weeks.
Once I realized this I have tried multiple times to contact them to find out about the delivery of this product. Since there was no reply and since their website is having information that is misleading, I have been trying to cancel this order for more than a week now. The company seems to be a ghost company with no replies coming from them. However, I still see that the website is updated with new product info everyday, which clearly shows that this company is out to con honest consumers of their hard earned money.

Is there something that can be done to stop this company from conning more people?
