ShopYourWorld.com — Neither Refund nor the product
I had ordered a Bag through shopyourworld and they later came back and told me the merchant has problems in shipping the product, so they will refund the money. Its been more than 7 weeks now from the date of order, i have not received the refund.Please avoid doing any transactions on this online portal.
Action should take against this... even india times also doing same thing. They are showing very low quality of goods in the Times of India. Please take the action.
What is the general process to take action against such online companies as they are not registered in India.
I would like to update this further. I Called them up again on the 21st of March 2012 and also mailed them.
Got no response to the mail but was able to get hold of them on the phone.
I was again promised of a payment date.
This time of 23rd of March 2012. I have checked my credit card balance today still no payments have been made.
This is getting more and more disappointing everyday.
I would like to warn all prospective Shopyourworld customers to take allok at the state of affairs.
It has been 3 months since i initiated refunds yet nothing has happened till date.

Another Update. Called them up yesterday was made to hold the line for 15 mins. Then the customer care executive disconnected thecall.

Finally got a call from shopyourworld.
They said that they would be transferring the money into my account today.

They take money online and don't deliver the product.Sometimes they say they will refund but nobody ever actually gets a refund.Its a straight scam.I know four people who this has happened to including myself.
To Update my Experience Further, I have Not yet recived the Refund, I called them twice. Got the same response "payment will reflect on the card by the End of the Day"

i have placed 3 orders there no are TIN0352557US ,TIN0358926US ,TIN0362862US .both are cancelled by merchant ..but till now i did not get refund..almost 50 days are passed..they are not refunding my money..they are cheaters .they are cheating many customers..kindly help me..i have lost 9000 rupees.
