On October 08, 2010 I ordered a Pentax lens through ShopYourWorld for Rs. 7758. They charged my credit card but they actually sent me a book "Introduction to Critical Theory - David Held" labelled as a lens.
I complained over phone and they had their courier pick up the item from me as return. It has been nearly 3 weeks and they have not sent the replacement, the actual item I ordered for. They first said I will receive it before Diwali then they said I would receive it by 13th Nov and then they are not taking phone calls or answering emails either.
ShopYourWorld.com is a fraud company ripping off Indian customers sitting on Singapore soil. Since Singapore is a well-governed country, I'll report this incident to appropriate officials of Singapore Government.

While I am glad that they cooperated it was not without followups. They should be more communicative at least with customers who suffer like I did due to their error.
