I had ordered an Hamilton Beach HB 6 speed stand mixer on 14 April 2013 and and hand made payment on line for the product Rs. 12,154. I have not yet received the product. When I call customer care no I only get the ivr and even after waiting for ten mins no one answers. There live chat service is the same. I sent numerous call back request on the website and haven't received any call, they do not reply my emails. once I got an on line chat agent he told me that the product will be delivered last Thursday. no response from them since. i need my money to be refunded. It is a fraud company.
