[Resolved]  EPF India — Short Payment on Transfer

Dear Sir / Madam,

I had been employed at Hutchison Telecom East Ltd ( HTEL ) currently Vodafone Essar Ltd. My PF no was WB/40241/185. During separation I transferred my PF to ICICI Bank Ltd.

1. The Transfer took place 1 year 2 months post my separation on 17th May 2005

2. The money transferred did not include PF deducted in the last 3 months of service.

3. No interest was paid for the delay in transfer while the fund lay idle for 1 year 2 months.

Request redressal.

Short Payment on withdrawal
Dear Sir / Madam,

I had been employed at NITIN SPINNERS LTD. Bhilwara Rajasthan. My PF no was RJ/UDR/8421/879. I have received PF but not fully, some amount has been deducted in pension sceme (plan) I had worked for 6 & half year in nitin spinners.

So you are requested to send by balance amount in my Axis bank a/c no. [protected]

I had been employed A.p securitas (p) lts. My Member Id DL/12440/25384 AND my PF claim id DLCPM[protected] . I have received PF but not fully, some amount has been deducted in my PF

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I had been employed in M/s. Bma Wealth creators ltd, Kolkata...and my PF No. was WB/PRK/42136/175 and I have opted for withdrawal on 4.11.10 and I received only part payment of Rs. 5467/- credited to my bank a/c dt 20.11.10...

Basically I was with the company's chennai branch and i enquired about the balance amount to my headoffice at kolkata..and they asked me to contact the PF office at chennai...

I request your goodself kindly inform the status of the balance amount and arrange the settlement at the
earliest..

I had submiited Form 13 to transfer my PF from AP/29941/8544 to LD/ASR/0034631/000/0000001 in the Sep, 2010.
it is regretely to say that till date there is no action has been taken by the epf deptt.

I had been employed in Reliance Communication (Delhi) and my PF No. was MH/VASHI/110856/09324 and I have opted for withdrawal on april.10 and I received only part payment of Rs. 3900/- credited to my bank a/c
