[Resolved]  Shriram Life Insurance Co. Ltd. — company has cheated with me..

Sir/Madam,
I would tell to you that I was employee in Shriram life and now, i am getting understand that company has cheat with me, I am giving some points in bellow and sugess me that what should i do?

1. Company's HR has never given me offer letter*,appointment letter,salary slip,Id cards and official maid id etc. and after resign i have not recieved any relieving letter till now, whereas every company's HR gives all documents to employees, I have also worked in Relaince life insurance and I have recieved every documents from Reliance life.
And now, problem is that i have joined with Metlife India insurance co. Ltd. Since May'10 and when metlife has done my background veryfication from my last co.(Shriram life) then i knew, My offer letter was fake also because of whom Metlife has terminated to me and my career has been destroyed.
Now, pls help me on it that what should i do?
*offer letter recieved from Reporting manager which is fake as veryfication by metlife.
