Very Poor Service & No Refunds
Sir,

I got a sify iway connection in Dec.2005 from M/S Super Broadband Service, a franchise of Sify iway Company in Meerut. He charged me Rs.112000as installation charges with Rs.112000PM Service Plan. He promised me that he will give a very good service and he is having a sufficient power backup facilty..

sir kuch din ago come my two members for sify new plan ,
mere pass sify iway ki Distobuter Ship thi . Sir use main yeh agreement tha ki agar aap iway internet band karte ho to aapko Securti refund money Money Rs.25000 Refund Ho Jayegi Jo ki agreement ke anusar thi. ab jub main sify band kar reha tha to sify ki taraf se two agent mere pass aate hai ki sify iway ek new plan le kar aaya hai jis main aapko bhut phayada hai.agar aap use le lete ho to aapko 6 months ka koi charge nahi lagega aur 6 months aapko surfing free mil jayege.
sir sify ne mujse bola ki dekho ek to company aapko 6 months ka free internet de rahi hai
2. free irctc de rahi hai
3. free Cafe ka Name Board de rahi hai.
4.Mobile Recharge De Rahi hai
4.Cafe managment de rahi hai

sir kafi promice kiye par ek bhi promise nahi pura kiya

ab sir bolte hai ki jo aapki refund money thi wo sub usme add ho gayi hai jo agreement aapne singnature kiya tha

10500 instolestion charge aur 12000 thousand internet charge

to aap to free hi samjo khu ki company refund money to nahi deti.
aur main to aapko sub samjaya tha jub aapne agreement sine kiya tha sir yeh baat wo ab bol rehe jub main free wale agreement par singnature kar diye. sir muje dubara se kyu intna costly internet leta jub mare pass airtel ka internet Rs.449 per months main chal reha hai sir refund money ke liye company ne muje jhot bol kar phasa liya hai. sir 10500 instalition charge to koi company nahi charge karti.
aur sir agar yeh free nahi kehte to main sine nahi karta.
sir ek bhi vada pura nahi kiya. ulte refund money vapass nahi hogi yeh bol rehe hai.

sir mujhe agar pata hota to main khabi bhi agreement par sine nahi karta.

sir main sify phone kiya to bole appka singnature kiy a hu letter hamre pass hai ab kuch nahi ho sakta. aap jo chaye kar sakthe ho.

sir kya is case main kuch ho sakta hai ya main refund money chor du.
pls help this issue

You are requested to look into the matter and take action against Super Broadband and Sify company for cheating general public in this way and get my hard earned money refunded.
