[Resolved] SIM CARD — complaint about sim registration | |||
I'm S.Gangadhar, My mobile number is +91 [protected]. I replaced my sim card, but it is not working now. But i submitted my Id proofs and Photo correctly. I'm getting message like "sim registratin failed". Customer care exicutives told me " it will be activate with in two hours". But , one month is completed successfully. But, it is not activated till now. I replaced five sim cards for same mobile number, for every sim card they are saying "sorry sir, it is technical problem with this sim. I will give you another sim. definitely it will activate in 2 hours". Like this i took 5 sim cards. but no one is workig. I visited two customer care centers which are in hyderabad kukatpally and S.R.Nagar. I think that vodafone management is not giving proper training to executives. They are playing with customers.
