simoco mobile model sm633 — sm633

Sir,

I have purchase on SIMOCO Mobile sel SM633 in the month 28/03/08 CH. NO.- SMA09E SL . NO. IME-[protected].The head set of the mobile is intermittent and connector for the charger is not working to charge the mobile set. Since last 10 days I am dialing to guwahati service centre for the above mentioned problem .everyday when I dial their response is that it will come withing 2/3 days .I could not operate my mobil e set since than due discharged battery conditon.til date parts is not avbl. today it is told that kolkata is telling that but they r not sending the same .

this for information and necessary action please.

I have a simoco sm633 handset. It has only sigle game in-built. I want to download games and applications for it. What is the plateform it belongs 2? Where can I download applications for free?
I have purchase a SIMOCO Mobile sel SM633 in the month 19/09/08 CH. NO.- LMS/08-09/4303 SL . NO. IME-[protected] from Laxmi Mobiles & Service, Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar.It is 3rd time of same problem connector for the charger is not working to charge the mobile set. Since last one month. I am going to service centre for the above mentioned problem OSHO VISION Bhubaneswar service center and receive the mobile set job sheet no 2451 on 01.07.2009 till now I can not receive a massege or call from the service center after all today I am going to the service center and found the service center is shifted one of the man of service center behave me like a chiled this is very shadfull. The same problem continue to third time.

My mobile model no. is SM 1100 ... I bought my mobile on Feb-2009. I use my mobile very carefully but few days before I have seen there appeared a fade mark on my "OK" button with out any temper. Few days before I went to Simoco Service center at Saltlake, PNB they suggest me to inform this problem by email to you. Please reply me what to do now to repair this mark.
