[Resolved]  SIMoco mobile — SIMOCO mobile - Invalid SIM

Sir/Madam,

I purchased SIMOCO SM99 in August'09. I have also verified the IMEI number by sending it to 53232. However, whatever SIM card I am inserting in the second SIM slot is showing 'invalid SIM' from 1st December. The SIM in the first slot is working normally. I think since the phone set has 1 valid IMEI, it can support only 1 active connection at a time. But the only point of buying this mobile was the dual SIM facility and now I am in trouble.

The phone is in warranty period...and the SIMOCO Customer Care is useless.

Please suggest me what to do...

SIMOCO HAND SET — Non-supply of battery

I have purchased a SIMOCO handset (SM 611) on 13.10.06 @Rs.7460/- from their authorised sales counter M/s.Mobile Bazar, Kolkata. The manufacturing company supplied 2 nos. of battery at the time of purchase.Due to poor quality, the 2 nos. of battery fully exhausted and deformed. From October, 08 I tied my level best to contract several times with their main office/store at Salt Lake, Kolkata and their service centers but they failed to supply the same. As their major products are sourcing from outside India, they did not fulfill their service after sales. It is also mentioned that they did not tired their level best to give support after sale for their old product for want of sale of their new product. As my handset is lying idle since Oct, 08 for want of battery, I appeal to mobile users before purchasing a SIMOCO Handset, please think about it.
I purchased SIMOCO SM 1100(Dual SIM)in January'09 paying RS.5200/- including VAT.It has the IMEI NO.[protected].
I'm using two Vodafone connectios(1 post-paid & 1 pre-paid)from the same set.
At present both are showing 'INVALID SIM"
The handset manual says the product is approved nationally & internationally.Simoco website says all IMEI nos are Registered.

I'm pasting the portion from Simoco web site here :http://www.simoco.net/home.html

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a simoco handset 'SM-242' with IMEI/SN[protected]dual sim) at 4th November 2009 but from the beginning this mobile could not support 2nd slot sim. Sometime it activates the 2nd slot connection and suddenly connection gets disconnected. I am a bit confused about what happening since the retailer could not tell me the problem. So if Simoco service center can rectify this problam as early as possible I will be highly obliged as customer of your quality product.
