[Resolved]  Simran Motors Panvel — Negligent and rude behaviour of simran motors car service

I would like to make a complaint regarding extremely poor and negligent services by your Maruti Dealers (SIMRAN MOTORS PANVEL). I am writing this email with lot of mental agony faced by me due to the service dept of Simran Motors Panvel.


I purchased SWIFT Dzire Vdi Model on 12.2.2010 from M/s.Simran Motors,PANVEL , Maharashtra.
The registration no. of my car is MH 06 AW 5314.

The service department of Simran Panvel is horrible. The service advisor MR.RAJESH’ LOKHARE behavior is very rude ,aggressive and abusive. My car was given for service for the following issues UNDER THE CARE OF MR.RAJESH;
1. To repair the right hand side rear door bottom (dented)- same to repair under insurance(Iffco Claim refr no- 1-FTYYZW ).
For such a small defect the above gentlemen kept the car for more than 9 days in the workshop . when he delivered the car the work was not done properly up to my satisfaction as the rubber fitting are not fitted properly , when I shonwn this defect, this gentleman insulted me in front of the entire other customers and shouted on me stating that we can not work up to your satisfaction, do you know what is the meaning of insurance? We are not here for charity. I was requesting him that even though I am ready to pay, Mr/Rajesh told me that work can not be done now . I was pleading him that good 9 days you kept the car with you however same was not done properly. He told me that you can go and complain wherever you want he is not bothered about the same. He misbehaved with my father in law also who is retd Army Lt.Colonel infront of other customers. I firmly believe that” Customer delight is the motto of Maruti”. Pl correct me if I am wrong.

2. Prior to this incident front bumper was given for body painting, even though the charged full and painted the fitting alignment of front bumper was not done correctly. There is small gap in the fitting. When I shown this he bluntly refused that he can not attend the same now.
While driving back home I noticed that re verse sensor was not working. The simple reason was they have removed the connection for the repair and forgotten to fit it back.

I requested them to do some touch up paint on the body on my cost, however they have not done it

I feel harassed by Simran motors. Please look into the matter on the above matter,
I firmly believe that” Customer delight is the motto of Maruti”. Pl correct me if I am wrong.
Your kind intervention is required to solve the issue and seek a written apology from the service advisor Mr.Rajesh Lokhare.

After writing to Maruti Head Office, they intervened in the matter. They appologised for the inconvenience caused to me in this regard.
Further, the body shop manager Mr.Warsi also appologised for the
inconveneince caused to me. However the written appology from
Simran Motors is awaited

Simran motors is not even good for cycle repairing and servicing. The attitude of CEO Mr. Gagandeep singh Chadda towards customers is very arrogant. First this will promise you things and within 30 Mins .. this son of will turn from his words in 30 mins. All I.T.I mechanics around 15-16 years old.. they don't know how to read the instructions in manual, what service will they provide to customers.
Simran motros is not giving good service as we expect from a maruti service centre. The best way is to avoid this service station since no body is there to help customers.

I have faced very bad experience at Simran motors for servicing my car. Servicing is very much poor at simran motors, panvel. Also people are very rude. They never solve problem in first attempt and every time you have to pay labour charges for same issue. Never ever think again for servicing my car at simran motors.
I went to Simran motors as there was noice in my AC blower on turning it to full speed.The mechanic told me that the dashboard has to be opened and blower needs to be cleaned. However when they were doing it i went inside the service area and saw the mechanic had not opened the dasboard and had opened the tray in the dashboard and was trying to cleaning the blower with hand.When i told him tht he was charging me labour for opening the dash board but had not done he started making excuses and said the problem has been resolved and said that he will charge me half the estimate given which was Rs800.However i am seeing the noise again in the blower after 15 days.Simran motor mechanic will bill you for higher amount and do not attend to the problem properly.

Maruti to keep it reputation intact should ensure that such dealers are brought to task.
I guess, all the guys have given the correct feedback about SIMRAN MOTORS. Today on 03 OCT 2012 I phoned them in the morning about sales enquiry for SWIFT DZIRE. She took down my no and assured me that within 5 mnts I would be receiving the call from the sales advisor/person. 7 hours passed I am still waiting for the call from them. If this is the attitude towards the perspective customer/buyer, I just shudder to think about what will be their attitude post sales. Thank God! U people are great having given the correct feedback. In Maruti to take note that you are loosing precious customer base just because of such
Scrupulous dealers / service stations who only believe in extracting money from innocent customers.

I hope that quick action is taken against this dealer and my car is returned back to me upon payment
Of the agreed amount, failing which I shall be constrained to file a complaint with the consumer forum

my name is Mr. Devanand V. Mangaonkar, my car No. MH-02-CV-3058, ALTO-K10, ALSO LAYING with the simran motoras since last 2 months i.e from 25/04/2013 for it's repair work and there Body shop Manager also assure me to deliver the said vehiclal wihtin 15 day's but still not geven me back and for which work i had given the said car that work is also not proper, staff is also not behave proper, not client friendly hence i have not satisfied. my cont. no. I am the owner of Waganor vxi - I would like to add my suggestion here in this forum to know everyone what sort of service is provided by Simran Motors.

In each servicing I am facing challenges, when I bought the car in 2011 (October) month very next 10-15days side signaling started blinking in high speed wherein I bought my car into Simran Motor where I got feedback from technician that Maruti Waganor vxi has side signaling problem in manufacturing. I got surprise "if it was the case then why I was not informed while buying the car". WHY MARUTI MAKE SUCH KIND OF CARS which have manufacturing defects, if it is not defect then why Technician trained to say such kind meaningless comment.

I have Several complaint from Simran but i can't publish here because i have already approach to them but i don't see any improvement.

I have several questions to Simran Motors –
1. Are Simran motors ISO certified?
2. Are technician trained about ISO?
3. Are Technician Martuti trained?
4. Are they Maruti certified?
5. How efficient technicians are to solve the problem?
6. Are your technician well known understand what the issue is?
7. Is your Advisor can take-up the responsibility what customer expects?
8. Is your advisor ensuring giving good service to customer?

Adviser is upfront mirror for Maruti, he must be polite and well trained how to tackle customer.

Customer always approach maruti because of trust relationship apart from name and fame of Maruti in India. On behalf of Martuti if the service center is not giving good service to customer then there is call to be required from Maruti Head office Mr. R. C. Bhargava (Chairman) with all service centers.

Giving a good service is always winning toss rather than selling a car.

I have more to say but one person can’t change the Maruti service, Only Maruti internal process can change it.

I Mr. Deepak R. Hariya, owner of Maruti Suzuki SX4 AX (MH.05 BS 8388). I bought a Maruti Suzuki SX4 AX in December 2013 from Simran Motors Pvt. Ltd Plot No.2-8 Sector – 15 New Panvel which is a authorized dealer of Maruti Suzuki.

Sir, Since before i like this company “Maruti Suzuki” & all its products because of your terrific services & products for any choice & budget. I had Wagonr then Swift & have swift desire also. This time I purchased SX4 AX Against exchange scheme from above mentioned authorize dealer. While purchasing, dealer offered me that if i purchase this model i.e. SX4 AX, he will provide me CNG kit worth Rs. 75, 000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand) which Maruti Suzuki company has provided in SX4 VXI CNG Model For Free because this car, which i purchased was available with them in their showrrom since March’2013 & they seem eager to sell it. After waiting for long they provided BRC CNG Kit but it seem there is some problem in that kit because as i was assured to get mileage, i am not getting that much, it seem to have leakage problem too & Engine is getting over heated.

Sir would like to know that is BRC Kit provided by dealer is approved from Maruti Suzuki Company? Also can you provide an engineer from company to check this kit for my safety & Assurance for loyal & trustworthy customer?

Today[protected], I Visited at dealer’s place to discuss about this problem but Mrs. Neelima was too rude about this issue. She directly & harshly said to adjust with same kit or will get Rs. 50, 000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) refund only against Rs. 75, 000/- (Dealer’s offer). Is this right that authorize dealer of such a limited company is behaving this way.

Waiting for your response or else will have to take legal action against dealer which somewhere will be against Maruti Suzuki Company, which I don’t like.

I have a similar experience with Maruti Service Station (Automotive) at Belapur. They are also equally BAD, so I was thinking of changing to Simram Motors. But thank you all for your feedback. I have changed my mind.

I shall go back to SAI SERVICE which seems to be much better.
I too have faced the same behaviour, wish I had not taken the annual servicing from this service centre. Maruti also does not care for their behaviour.
Thank you all for these posts, as I was planning to approach this dealer for buying a Ciaz and have decided to go and from some other good dealer in Mumbai. Hope these comments read by the Maruti head of sales and customer care folks to stop the dealership of Simran Motors.???
The most worst experience
I have purchased Zen estilo cng from them in Oct 2015.i wil start from beginning. Promised me dashboard mounted Lcd stereo but gave simple kenwood for 10k which in market ul get not even half rate. Promised me seat covers said not available later. That car is sold. V did 3m car protection against rust for 4k which has 3 yr warranty they said next inspection this service is expired at our place. Unnecessary charge for stupid new engine oil for3.5 for 3 litres. Worst is inspite of 4 servicing in last 1.5 yrs they never checked water levels of battery n today my battery got completely spoilt because water
Level was zero. Had to buy new battery. This simran motors r the worst motor service station. Never go to them
I have purchase car ertiga vxi cng t-permit on aug 2015 from simron motors pvt ltd., their execuitive provide me a vehicle document on 28 aug 2015 (Rc book, permit). But in this document have spelling mistake in my name. I returns this document to agency ref for correction but he can able to provide this document by making correction to me till date. It couses my fincial loss.

after sale no costumer support at all from simaran motors.

I purchased my alto K10 from simaran motors, Panvel, they are terrible.
when i received my RC book i fond that the registration done with model no Alto 800, i submit my RC book in showroom and they told me they get it corrected after 3-4 day i recieved call that to collect it from them. The same RC book they returned me with mannual correction. I still dont know whether details are modified at RTO. also there is big difference in the amount i paid for registration and the total tax receipt i got. I was told by sales executive that there is some hidden cost in registration fro which you will not get any receipt.

Also in 6 month my tyre got damaged and Simaran Motors not provided any support. I am still chasing to JK Tyre person for replacement without any support from Simaran Motors.
On 28.02.2106, we visited Simran motors (New Panvel) for purchase of Maruti Celerio .Their executive asked us for how we will purchase, then we said Car Loan.then she told us about Feb 2016 Consumer offer. but didnt informed us that discount is applicable on 100% payment. When after 3 hours of discussion, we finalized deal and ready to pay down payment of rs. 70000, then Simran motors executive said that same consumer offer will not be valid for the month of Mar'16. At the time of telephonic discussion their manager said that they are helpless and this maruti Suzuki offer.they can only provide the discount we take loan according to their financier. My Ques is that when executive already knows we are purchasing car through loan, why they have shown us the consumer offer and wasted our 3 hours. And kindly confirm what is the actual offer. If we will do the down payment why our deal is not accepted. Very disappointed with this attitude and behavior.
