[Resolved]  Sitel India Ltd — PF and FnF

Hi My name is Tinin Mathai Edakonathu,
I was working with Sitel India Ltd I was on Paid Leave for 30 days, Due to some personal circumstances I was not able to join the company on the said date. However I did informed my then Team Leader about the situation. I was out of country at that time and my then Team leader left the organisation in the middle when I was on leave. I didn't had any other contacts at that time since I lost my contacts while on the leave. When I returned to India I contacted my then TL about the situation again at that time he informed me he already left the company and asked me to contact Abhishek (New Team Leader) when contacted him he said he already put my attrition and I've to speak with ER (Employee relation department). When contacted Anish Paliwal from ER team about the situation he asked for a 1 week time to get the status this all happened in the month of October, Later on after 1 and 1/2 week he said you were already terminatted from the company and we cannot do anything about it I had to wait for 3 months to rejoin the company I have tried to explain my situation he confirmed he cannot do anything. Then I've asked when should I come to the company to submit my ID card (Employee number: 759193) and PF and Fnf, he then said he'll let me know latest by 20th of november and then 1st of december, when ever I called him he said status still not updated this gone on till 1st week of march 2013 and he said. I have to pay 13750 INR as to get No due certificate and till then they will not process my PF. When checked my PF balance online it still showing EE amt: Rs 557, ER Amt: Rs 170. It seems that company is not putting the PF amount my PF account number is TH/THA/0045227/000/0027451. When I asked the reason to Anish Paliwal he strightly denied it and said we cannot give you the PF till I clear my dues.

1. Pay cycle is 21st to 20th of every month
2. I was on leave till 3rd of October 2012
3. I did not left the company, Company terminated me.

So in this sense company is liable to pay me the 13 days of payment and to clear my PF amount. However ER team is declimning that. They have caused me lot of emotional grievance.

I would like to complain against the company and to get the compensation which I'm eligible for.
