I have not received my November 2022 month salary despite working for the entire month.
I hadn't resigned from my services but as I was not able to score above 80% on live call management has submitted my resignation on my behalf that means I haven't resigned
From batch of 31 people only 6 people cleared and 25 people not cleared I was one of them.
and they even not informed me that management has submitted my resignation from their side after two days I got to know then I ask who gave you the right to do that. they said this is our policies then I told them this is not my first job I'm already aware of BPO policies that if you fire any employee on spot then you have to give salary in next 2 days or 30 days advance notice than Suresh Iyer said go where you what to go we will follow our policies and give you salary in fnf which means after 45 days this all conversation I had with avik quality manager, dhanushree busines Hr and Suresh Iyer conversation was very long I can't write all that nonsense please give me my salary as soon as possible and one more point they said if you escalate this we can Mark you as absconding employee and you will not get a single penny Was this information helpful? |
