I had booked a flat in Skyline Constructions project, Beverly Park, Amruthahalli on 16th May 2012. On the net I had read that the project has been delayed for a couple of years already but teh sales associate - Akram assured us that teh project ahs got funded and now completion would be done by Aug 2012.
I had paid them 10% of the booking amount initially and the balance 80% would be dissbursed by a home loan and the balance 10% at time of handover.
The initial payment of 10% I had given by one current dated cheque and the one by post dated cheque of 31st May with specific instructions that before banking they should check with me.... they did not and because of which of my earlier cheques given bounced off.
Because of that I had asked leeway to get the homeloan passed by Aug end as teh cheque bouncing had caused me a lot of financial implication and loss.
Because the project had been delayed so much I wanted clarity on the project completion which I seeked information from their Director - Dhiraj Prabhu to which he refused to share information and said he rather I cancel the booking and he willr efund my full money.
After committing teh same to me on the phone a couple of times, he is now going back on his word and telling me that cancelllation charges would apply...
I had to sign teh agreements as I was going for a home loan... Now he says he will go as per contract.
I have all copies of email exchange with teh company.
Would like help to get full refund of my money against teh said cancellation.

As per our written agreement we will refund your money after deducting the cancellation charges . I am sure you will agree that the law and our contract are binding on you And are not to be used and thrown at your whims and fancy
