[Resolved]  Skyline Constructions — Unreasonable Demand letters

Hi,

I've already booked the flat with Skyline Constructions. We were promised to make the payment on possession, but later due to lack of funds they demanded 80% which we paid, but of no use.
Now builder is demanding for rest of 20% (which is suppose to be paid at the time of hand-over) as part of PDC. And they are also putting penalty if failed to give the PDC.

And they are also asking for do the registration without the hand overing the flat. Even I've clarified to with the Bank (from where I've taken the loan), they replied they will not initiate the registration process unless and until its ready to move. I don't know what to do in this case (can someone please help in this)?

Even they are not ready to consider the compensation what ever its mentioned (due to project delay) in the agreement.

Even after that I tried to set up the meeting with Dhiraj for the clarification, because I was not getting the answers of my doubts from the person who is handle my project. Even after the repeated reminders, I'm getting the same response, will ask to Dhiraj and get back to you.

Even I've tried to set up the meeting through Nivedita, but unfortunately no response.

Anyone facing these kind of experience?
Can some one help me this, what to do in such cases?
