i agree with this 100% no contact numbrs on site, email they dont reply.
its disgraceful service on yahoo's part never expected an organisation like yahoo to do this, i strongly tell global users not to use the small business site. its ridiculous.
no telephone numbers, no option to delete the exisiting card details & they dont answer to emails, . its nothing but disgusting.

This is the worse service .You dont get reply from them inspite of sending several mails.They should be legaly sued. THEY ARE A CHEATS.

YAHOO SMALL BUSINESS, PROVIDIND WEBSITES ARE A BIG CHEAT, INSPITE OF SAYING NO TO RENEWAL, THEY HAVE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD.

yes they are a big pool o[censored]nproffessional people working without heads .Nobody is really wooried about the customer.
See I have been mailing them for the last two months and still nobody is bothered to resolve the problem.

These bloackheads had even once deleted my website without reason.

Always one should prefer dedicated hosting company, yahoo is big name and provides 1000's of services, they are least concerned if customer of one of the services is not getting proper service.

I am using http://www.ewebguru.com/ for my hosting, fast resolution of all issues there, can reach the owner of company if issue is not resolved by staff, which make the issue resolve promptly, whereas this is not possible in big companies like yahoo.

I completely agree with this.Even i m a customer of yahoo small business package.Trouble started from the day one of buying the package.The customer service mail id they display on the website is imaginary and the people answering the phone are s**tbheads and don't know anything about the product.Yahoo being such a big company should not neglect the customers.

I strongly suggest not to buy tis product coz its a pain after that

Yahoo Web Hosting for small business — Not refunding my money and No response

I would like to tell you if any one is trying to buy hosting space from Yahoo Web Hosting for Small Business please read this carefully and take your decision to buy. I wanted to host my website and contacted Yahoo Bangalore. When I was buying they keep calling me 10 times. But once, I made the payment they never bothered. Then after 15 days their activation executive calls up to say that they don’t have HT access and Ion cube and will not be able to Host my website. She then asked me to send an email for refund. I sent several emails and I again sent it for refund but no response (not even once). I double checked their email address ([protected]@cc.yahoo-inc.com ) and yet no response. They provide Linux hosting but don’t have HT access and Ion cube. They take 7 to 8 days for activation that is what they say in my case they took more that 15 days to call me and inform that they don’t have HT access. Their control panel is worst. They did not respond to any of my emails. When ever I called them they say that they will arrange a call back but I never got a call. They do not respond to emails. Now imagine if I had hosted my website with them and I had support issue what I would have done. Finally to recover my money you will have file a suit. So think before buying Yahoo Web Hosting. If anyone can help me to get my money please let me know.

I had given a call to yahoo small business customer service number [protected] and spoken to mujahid who was the customer service representative.

I had asked the representative whether my existing website www.edeal.in will work on yahoo servers for which he said yes. I also asked him whether your server supports .htaccess files and url redirects within the same website he said YES.

So i paid the amount by signing up and to my surprise those features are not working though these features are basics of every server and hosting providers. And i was assured that it will work.

I am following up with yahoo for a long time over phone and by emails for which i am not getting any positive response.

I had asked them to resolve my problem or if there are not able to resolve the problem then initiate a refund for me as i am not able to use the services and it is of no use to me.

After few days I asked them to change the domain name so that i can use any other simple website for the same hosting plan. They are not ready to change the domain also.

I am in the process to file a claim in the consumer court to get justice and refund of the amount paid by me.

PS. on going through different complaints website I found that there are several other people also who have been cheated on same or similar grounds. If anyone wants to join me and fight for justice then you can send me an email with your details.

i do not know the properitor/promoter,
they need to be handled firmly and they seem to be shameless creatures, just trying to fool the public, after they get the money they are lost on some or the other pretext.
i am trying to find the dealer for hyd, and then treat him badly as he is treating customers by cheating the public. i am officially taking up case for fraud and cheating against the co soon.

iam agree with the above complaint, this is the worst company and i know all three comment writeen by the same company members that is the consumer has complaint about waste comany because they are not only cheating consumer but they are doing black hat seo to promote .

Although these complaints are more than 3 years old, situation does not seem to improve even today. I too am experiencing problems in reaching right person in Yahoo India. When I reported a complaint couple of days back they assured service within 24 hours but nothing happened even after 72 hours.

Feel Yahoo India should be taken to consumer forum for delivering the services and troubling customers this way
