[Resolved]  Yahoo India — Not getting the refund of my failed transaction

Hi,

My name is Nirav Trivedi. I did a transaction with yahoo on 2,4 and 8 april 2011 with yahoo.Among them three transaction was failed. I was refunded for two transaction from yahoo but the third transaction is not there in yahoo. They told me to contact cc Avenue for refund claim.
I mailed so many times with cc avenue also but not getting any proper reply from them. They told me to contact yahoo. I am not able to understand what yo do.

This is only the no which i have
transaction date is 04/04/2011 .
And transaction no as per my bank statement is [protected].
Total amount of transaction is 3307.90.
Bank Name: Icici bank, borivali East branch. Ac. No[protected].

I already provided you the copy of the bank statement.

Plrase go though it. I provided all the information which i have.

As per my knowledge and also in bank statement,I did four transaction with yahoo for
domain name registration among them One transaction was successful and
another three was failed. From the three failed transaction two was
refunded and one was pending for refund.
I contacted yahoo and they told me to get refund from the ccavenue.
Please find the attached bank statement with highlight circle of transaction for your reference.
