Few days before my caller tune was activated on my number without any notification. On the another day my friend called up and informed me that my caller tune has been activated.i want back that ballence & remove the caller tone
I have one number, [protected] the caller-tune was activated automatically from system without giving me any information, and now they deduct Rs. 30/- from account for this caller-tune which I have not activated. This is very very BAD and DIRTY things they are doing. I don't have any money tree in my home.
Please take immediate action and strong steps.

Idea — Caller tune activated without any notification
Respected,Few days before my caller tune was activated on my number without any notification. On the another day my friend called up and informed me that my caller tune has been activated.And when i am checking my balance Rs.45/- was deducted from my account. Now i want the refund of that debited account. Can anyone help what is the procedure for that?
