I got an e recharge of 210 , it shows successful on the mobile + I received a msg of confirmation. I got no balance so I contact the customer care and they said there is no such facility, at least I should get money what so ever the service may be , its like paying but getting zero, what facility are you providing, have you become o their or what...

I am a user of Reliance Smart GSM service since last 2 years. I am astonished that since last some months without any cause the balance deducting from my mobile.Every month balance deducting near about Rs 40.. recently i have changed my cell & bought new one & i have activated GPRS plan of 99 RS but to use it i require gprs setting of my new cell which is NOKIA-C3. but on alpt of trying also i was unable u get connected with customer care executive as the call route always seem to be busy. hence i request you to do the needful.

[protected]. in smart they send sms for caller tune i did not select for caller tune but company itself provide me caller tune and will be deducted charges from my balance. and other thing is that company send advertisment any time any where, when i was driving vehicle or sitting in a meeting the call arrived and distrub to me and others. if i tell the company that stop this type of services then he...

I have two number, [protected] and [protected] against these two number the caller-tune was activated automatically from system without giving me any information, and now they deduct Rs. 30/- from account for this caller-tune which I have not activated. This is very very BAD and DIRTY things they are doing. I don't have any money tree in my home.

Please take immediate action and strong steps.
