[Resolved] Smart — balance deduction | |||
I am a user of Reliance Smart GSM service since last 2 years. I am astonished that since last some months without any cause the balance deducting from my mobile.Every month balance deducting near about Rs 40.. So I am disappointed & want to change my no from smart to other network. Pl tell me about number portability.My Number is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Smart — my balance is being deducted from last 4 days
My no. are [protected]. My balance is being continuously deducted from last 4 days. I have called the customer care but I got no response from there. I am fed up and now i think i must switch to other companies. Your Customer care is the worst. Smart is the worst network.Smart — Rs.10 deduct in every 10 days
Rs. 10 deduct in every 10 days.i do not know why and how?
make call 198 , but its not connected.
send messeges for stop the service but not stoped by them.

I am using sms pack from december 09. It was charged Rs 11/month. But my plan changed into Rs 19/month without any previous conformation. Now on 19.03.2011 in day the charge of per sms ia .1 paise but at night night after 10 pm it was charged .50 paise/sms. I have call customer care several time but they are not picking my call. please take a suitable action

No response against complain..
I would bring to your information that while i was in roaming in CG state my balance was deducted of Rs 30 and I caled Customer Care at CG state but they didnt provide me service saying that complaint can be lodged in the state from where sim has been taken.After I month I came back and called Customer care at W Bengal they said they cannot tell anything as only 3 days Balance record is with them.And not only that again I recharged with Rs 10 my whole balance was deducted. I am repetedly calling cust care but no solution is been given.Plz provide a solution.
